SHIPPING 

Orders are dispatched by DPD Poland couriers within 7 working days (Monday to Friday excluding public holidays) of receipt of payment. The delivery time, from the moment of dispatch, should not exceed 2 working days in Poland and 5 working days in the European Union.

The cost of shipping within Poland is 20 PLN.
The cost of shipping within Europe is 40 PLN.

 

PAYMENT METHODS

We currently support payment by credit card and e-transfer using VISA and MasterCard, as well as PayPal.

 

SECURITY

The shop operates on a secure SSL connection. Credit card payments are handled by Stripe and the Shop has no access to customers' credit card details.

 

RETURNS

All products purchased from the online shop www.tuli.organic can be returned or exchanged under the Terms and Conditions. The customer may return the goods within 14 calendar days. The basis for the credit is the receipt and an intact tag. The items must have no signs of use and must have the original packaging. The customer should report the wish to return by email to contact@tuli.organic within 14 calendar days of receiving the order and send back the well-protected goods at their own expense to the address: Wola Batorska 652, 32-005, parcel no: WBT01M, phone no. 666111146. The amount due is returned within 14 days in the same way the purchase transaction was made.

 

COMPLAINTS

In the case of a complaint, it is necessary to describe the defect of the goods or product and the circumstances under which the defect was found. The tuli organic shop has 14 working days to resolve complaints. If the complaint has to be sent to the manufacturer, the waiting time for the complaint resolution is then dependent on the manufacturer's regulations.
